Food, Toy and Mitten Drive

We are once again collecting food and toys for area children in need! Through December 19, bring new, unwrapped toys and non-perishable food to the first-floor Information Desk. The middle-school TAG group is holding a Mitten Drive, so bring new warm hats, mittens, gloves and scarves to the Youth Services Department. We hope you enjoy your holiday!

TGI(DIC)F: In like a lion...

TGIDICF
(Thank Goodness It's Drop-In Craft Friday!)
In Like a Lion....

Every week, the AMPL Youth Services department sets out a drop-in craft for our younger patrons to put together. They're made in-house, frequently utilizing Ellison diecuts. We keep it simple so all the kids need is some glue.

On February 6th, it will be putting together this lion. It's not quite March yet, but it still feels very appropriate for this February's "lion-like" weather.  Come visit us this Friday to make one!

TGI(DIC)F: Happy Groundhog Day!

TGIDICF (Thank Goodness It's Drop-In Craft Friday!)
Groundhog + Shadow

Every week, the AMPL Youth Services department sets out a drop-in craft for our younger patrons to put together. They're made in-house, frequently utilizing Ellison diecuts. We keep it simple so all the kids need is some glue.

On January 16th, it will be putting together this groundhog seeing his shadow. I guess that means six more weeks of winter!  Come visit us this Friday to make one!
